ENGR. OLATUNDE AKINSANYA- DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS &MAINTENANCE

A Graduate of Mechanical Engineering BSc. (Hons) from the Lagos State University (LASU) in 1995 joined the Lagos State Civil Service as an Engineer II, GL08 in March 2000 at the defunct Lagos State Public Works
Bureau. He later became the Acting Head of the Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Department.

Engr. Akinsanya after working in various capacities in Lagos State Public Works Corporation (LSPWC) was appointed as the Pioneer Head of Badagry Asphalt Plant, a position he held from 2015 to 2017 until his
deployment to the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) in November 2017 as the Assistant Director, Engineering Unit.

Engr. Olatunde Akinsanya, a Member of Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE) and Council of Registered Engineers in Nigeria (COREN) is presently the Director of Operations of the Agency. He has attended several courses, conferences and seminars both home and abroad, amongst which is the 2018 Fire Exposition in Guangzhou, China.

At Lagos State Public Corporation, Akinsanya led a team of other indigenous Engineer in the installation of 2 nos. brand new state of the art Marine Asphalt plant.

He pioneered the production of heavy duty interlocking through the procurement and installation of an Interlocking stone making plant.

Also, in Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, he has led in response and recovery of complex emergencies even in most difficult terrain in Lagos State.
